1. Parts in this Agreement

This Agreement is an agreement between you (the End User) and Vendt-Striim ApS, CVR: 35377050.  Address: Østervangen 1, b Blistrup 3230 Græsted Denmark, in the following called Provider.

2. Privacy

Your privacy is very important to Provider. We have designed this system to protect the information you entrust to us to the best of our ability. We will not willfully sell or distribute information to any 3rd party unless authorized to do so by either you or by the 3rd paragraph of this Agreement. Provider is not responsible for any damages caused by lost data or by 3rd party accessing any data which 3rd party is not authorized to access.

3. Sharing of your data

Provider will not redistribute your data to 3rd party unless they are using the information for one of the following purposes:
- A Provider certified coach providing coaching to you.
- Providing support for a certified coach providing coaching to you.
- Providing support to users of the system.
- Developing or maintaining the system.
Provider reserves the right to use your data for any task performed internally in the organization as well as the right to use it as basis for any statistics made both by Provider and its partners. You also agree that Provider may save and use any data you provide to Provider under the current End User License Agreement.

4. Safety

Provider does its utmost to provide a safe application for you. However Provider. To secure the maximum safety of the application, you agree to the following:
You will not send or otherwise post unauthorized commercial material to 360Indicator™.
You will not access 360Indicator™ with automated means (bots and the like).
You will not try to upload to or infect 360Indicator™ with viruses or other malicious codes.
You will not try to obtain, sell og distribute user or login information from 360Indicator™.
You will not bully or harass any user or upload any content that is: Hateful, threatening, pornographic or in violation with any copyright valid under Danish law or otherwise is in conflict with Danish law.
You will not use Provider for any illegal purpose under Danish law.
You will not do anything that could disable, overload or disturb the proper functioning of 360Indicator™
You will not facilitate or encourage any violation of this Agreement.
You will contact Provider with information about any violation of this Agreement.
You will contact Provider if you obtain knowledge of any bug or security problem on 360Indicator™.

5. Account

You will make sure that any information which you submit to 360Indicator™ or Provider is accurate and up to date on the date of submission. You will keep your password a secret and use it only for 360Indicator™.

6. Support

Provider provides support for its users. This is a free service and is provided as such with no guarantee. Provider will try to respond within 48 hours to any request for support.

7. Payment and cost

Some of the services that are provided through 360Indicator™ will be subject to charge by Provider. It is not allowed to try to use these services without paying, and it could result in penalty under Danish law. Payment can be made to Provider or to one of Provider’s certified coaches.

8. Termination

Provider may terminate this Agreement at any time and cannot be held responsible for any loss as a result of the termination of the agreement.

9. Disputes

Any dispute over this Agreement will be settled under the jurisdiction of the Court of Lyngby in accordance with Danish law.
